Feeling Good

Working with the Creative Development Team, and young people in Walsall, The Cultural Sisters have designed a number of resources and tools that explore issues around emotional health and wellbeing.  

These tools and resources will be used in schools and community groups with young people.

Hanaa: is a larger than life-size textile character made in the studio following a creative consultation with girls and young women from the Aiina project. Her image is used on 5 postcards to promote wellbeing.

The Wellbeing Cards: each card includes a famous quote alongside artwork and a wellbeing tip from young people in Walsall.

The Mandala stamping kit: a colour coded box full of rubber stamps and pads that can be used to create mandala patterns.
